Hostway Introduces New Reseller Program for its Managed and Cloud Hosting Solutions

Hostway, a cloud hosting and managed hosting provider headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, has announced the launch of a new channel program designed to help web designers and developers, VARs, MSPs and ISVs drive incremental revenue by reselling Hostway’s managed and cloud hosting solutions to their clients. 

The new partner program would offer highly competitive discounts as well as unusually generous support benefits, along with the advantage of being affiliated with a hosting provider with 17 years in the global hosting market, six data centers in the U.S. and Canada, and a footprint that includes hosting websites for more than 1.4 million small and mid-sized businesses.

Future additions – to be announced as they join the program portfolio – will include the company’s public, private and hybrid cloud hosting services, managed dedicated servers, and enhanced email offerings.

Featuring a four-tier structure with discounts ranging from 5% to 30% depending on monthly spend, the new reseller hosting program includes dedicated account managers from a team devoted exclusively to supporting resellers, and a dedicated Tier 2/3 support phone number that expedites troubleshooting.

The new program features a complete ecosystem enabling hosting resellers to exchange ideas and build business relationships through a partner portal, blog and other mechanisms. The partner portal also includes marketing materials, training tools and other solutions to help resellers maximize their Hostway sales.

Special incentives that would further set Hostway’s program apart include:

  • A first-month-free policy for hosting, giving resellers time to ramp up with Hostway without incurring costs. Top-tier Platinum resellers get the first three months free to accommodate their more complex transition needs.
  • Free migration services to facilitate onboarding of new clients or – for resellers who can handle migration themselves – a reimbursement of the first month’s server charges after the first six months as a Hostway partner.
  • Co-marketing funds to help larger partners raise market awareness for their solutions and services.
