To know how to change the PHP version in cPanel for a particular domain hosted under the VPS package, you can follow these steps:
Login to your Reseller Account (https://goo.gl/SgdmEZ)
Click on Products
Click on List All Orders
Click on the Domain Name associated with the VPS package
On the Domain Overview page scroll down to VPS Linux KVM tab
Click on Admin Details
Click on the Link to login to the WHM panel
Enter the Username and Password for the WHM Panel and click on Login
On the WHM dashboard click on Software
Click on Multi PHP Manager
Select the Domain name for which you wish to modify the PHP version
From the drop-down option for PHP Version select the desired PHP version from the list of available PHP versions
Click on Apply
Once the changes are applied to the selected domain will work on the PHP version selected and you will have been able to change PHP version in cPanel for your VPS hosting package.
