How To Change the SNMP Port on CentOS


In this video, we describe how to change the default SNMP port on a CentOS server.

Commands used:
echo OPTIONS=”-LS0-5d -Lf /dev/null -p /var/run/snmpd.pid -x TCP:13371 UDP:13371″ >> /etc/sysconfig/snmpd

service snmpd restart
netstat -lnp | grep snmp
yum install net-tools -y
