First, you must visit the ZNetLive website and click on the “Customer Login” button at the top right of the page. Next, you will need to enter your login credentials, which include your email address and password. If you haven’t yet created an account, you can do so by clicking on the “Sign Up” button.
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the customer portal dashboard. Here you will be able to see all of the services you have with ZNetLive, and you can manage them by clicking on the appropriate buttons.
In the customer portal, you can view your account details, check your usage, or upgrade or downgrade your services. You can also purchase additional services like (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Domain, Hosting, Servers, etc) open and track support tickets, and access the knowledge base for helpful articles and tutorials.
