Login to the cPanel of the hosting package (https://goo.gl/FX9W2V)
Under Email, tab click on Registered Email ID’s
Enter the Email account you want to whitelist
Click on Submit.
Once the email address is added, you will have whitelisted email address in 30 minutes.
To know how to whitelist the email address on windows shared hosting package, all you need to do is follow the steps mentioned below:
Login to the Plesk panel for the hosting package
On the Right-hand side, you will find an option “Whitelist Email”. Click on the option.
Enter the email address you want to whitelist.
Click on OK
Once the email address is added, it takes 30 minutes before it provides you with a whitelist email address.
