Involta, a U.S. hybrid IT, cloud computing, and data center services company, has acquired the assets of SecureData 365 and employees in Canton, Ohio. This acquisition adds a new data center and a skilled team to Involta’s U.S. portfolio, further empowering its ability to enable digital transformation for enterprises in northeast Ohio.
With this acquisition, Involta plans to help accelerate SecureData 365 customers’ hybrid IT journeys. According to Involta, integrating data center solutions with strategic consulting, managed services, and public and private cloud options can improve both customer and employee experiences. Financial terms of this data center acquisition were not disclosed.
