IBM has acquired Waeg, a European Salesforce Consulting Partner, in order to expand its Salesforce services portfolio and advance IBM’s hybrid cloud and AI strategy. The acquisition expands IBM’s Salesforce consulting services to meet growing client demand for experience-driven market change and new customer engagement solutions backed by data, AI, and machine learning.
Waeg offers a wide range of Salesforce consulting services, including digital strategy, B2B commerce, marketing automation, and customer experience design, as well as implementation and managed services. As a Salesforce Consulting Partner, Waeg has several offices across Europe including France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Poland and Portugal.

This news comes on the heels of IBM’s January acquisition of leading Salesforce consultancy 7Summits, bolstering global IBM Salesforce talent with strategic consulting experience and multi-cloud capabilities across Europe.
