iCoreConnect Adds iCoreCloud High Compliance Backup to its Platform

iCoreConnect (OTCQB: ICCT), a cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for healthcare business workflow, has expanded its SaaS enterprise solutions with the launch of iCoreCloud. iCoreCloud is a cloud-based automatic secured backup solution for both corporate and extremely sensitive patient data.

iCoreCloud is the company’s 14th product, designed to boost productivity and profitability in high-compliance industries like healthcare.

iCoreConnect is constantly improving its products in response to user input. The company saw clinicians manually backup data to a hard disk, thumb drive, or local servers in the healthcare industry. This puts all of the data and the practice at jeopardy, according to iCoreConnect CEO Robert McDermott.

“iCoreCloud automatically backs up data to iCoreConnect’s highly secure, HIPAA-compliant data centers,” said iCoreConnect President and CEO Robert McDermott. “Software as a Service is rapidly becoming a staple for businesses, which means it’s never been more important to have a safe and reliable cloud-based backup system in place. Protecting data, especially in healthcare, is critical to the success of a business and the safety of its clientele.”

High Compliance

The new backup solution complements iCoreConnect’s expanding array of subscription-based software and services. In comparison to the same period in 2020, the Company’s Q1 2021 quarterly reporting indicates a 46 percent increase in revenue in this region. “We will continue to strategically bring products to market that offer more secure, cost effective and scalable options to our customers and expand our recurring revenue model,” added Mr. McDermott.

As a cloud-based software and technology business, iCoreConnect is focused on helping high-compliance sectors increase profit and operational efficiency.

iCoreConnect boasts a platform with over a dozen SaaS enterprise solutions and over 40 partnerships with state or regional healthcare associations. The prestigious StartUp Health accelerator has accepted iCoreConnect as a member.
