The ULTRA Membership Program is the newest effort by Ingram Micro Cloud, owner of one of the biggest cloud marketplaces for the channel in the world, to streamline customer success. As a strategic membership program, ULTRA is now available through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace in the United States and Canada.

The channel program would include comprehensive solutions that give members actionable insights about their businesses, personal consulting and thought leadership, automation-for-growth tools, and exclusive offers to grow and retain end customers. It was created to assist Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in growing their customer networks and increasing profitability.

MSPs, VARs
While ULTRA seeks to provide incentives to reseller partners of all sizes, the membership is most appropriate for early-stage MSPs and VARs that are focused on growth and solutions. ULTRA is a for-profit structured membership program with a focus on delivering value and accelerating partner growth. The perks of the subscription, which costs $199 per month, are divided into four categories:
- ULTRA Insights – Giving partners access to certification classes, end-user retention metrics, whitespace analysis to identify critical growth areas, and partner-specific lead prospects
- ULTRA Automation – Providing extensive integrations to their existing PSA, ERP, or CRM solutions, complimentary user licenses for the CloudBlue Professional Services Automation tool (CloudBlue PSA) white-label marketplace PRO, and more
- ULTRA Knowhow – Offering accredited skills in customer success management, demand development, expert support, and other areas
- ULTRA Exclusives – Enabling entry to various certification vouchers, practice development initiatives, and special channel reward programs
