For the third year in a row, Ingram Micro Cloud has maintained its Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) designation. This designation acknowledges Ingram Micro Cloud for aiding partners in successfully building their own companies by extending services, consistently increasing their offering portfolio, and delivering first-class in-house support to their partner network.
“The Microsoft Azure Expert MSP program was designed to validate and recognize our most accomplished and qualified partners to drive growth for customers,” said Rodney Clark, Corporate Vice President, Global Channel Sales and Channel Chief at Microsoft. “Ingram Micro has once again demonstrated its Microsoft Azure expertise and commitment to service excellence, so we are pleased to again recognize it as a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider.”
The Azure Expert MSP initiative, which was first announced in 2018, entails a 300-hour auditing process that necessitates top-level expertise and validation from partnering businesses, giving companies the opportunity to demonstrate the value and capabilities to help with specific customer business challenges. Ingram Micro Cloud’s Azure Expert MSP designation would show cloud resellers that the company effectively manages its resources in response to ever-increasing client demand.
Rigorous Screening Process
“For three years running we’ve been honored by this outstanding recognition from Microsoft,” said Victor Baez, Senior Vice President, Cloud Channel Sales at Ingram Micro Cloud. “The Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider status underscores our team’s commitment to constant growth based on the type of expertise Azure customers seek when they are looking to grow their businesses. As the cloud industry continues to expand and its importance becomes even more critical to businesses, an integral part of our partner success strategy is ensuring Ingram Micro Cloud maintains its high standards.”
Each MSP must complete a rigorous screening process to become a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider. It includes a two-day onsite assessment to assess experience in managed services. From the first evaluation phase to architecture and design, the audit covers the whole client lifecycle. Additionally, certification holders must demonstrate their ability to sustain trust with current Microsoft Azure clients, providing continuing support, security, and optimization for businesses at all phases of their cloud journey.
