Hosting provider Internap (NASDAQ: INAP) will provide Hiring Process Management (HPM) solutions provider TalentWise with a managed hosting solution and route-optimized IP connectivity services. As an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) hosting provider, Internap will facilitate the cloud-based hiring solution, TalentWise Hire.
Through its proprietary cloud-based software solution, TalentWise automates the complex hiring process so HR can manage all activities electronically, including offer letters, background checks and drug screening, E-Verify, new hire forms, I-9s and more. Each solution ensures regulatory and corporate policy compliance – providing HR, hiring managers, candidates and new hires alike increased efficiencies, assured compliance, and an overall better experience.
Managed servers
Since TalentWise manages sensitive candidate and employee data, it must meet stringent data security and compliance requirements, including the Experian Independent 3rd Party Assessment (EI3PA) and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) designed to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
The company selected Internap’s Managed Hosting services at its high-density data center in Dallas to ensure a secure, dedicated infrastructure environment with managed servers overseen by Internap engineers. The SOC2-audited facility provides independent, third-party confirmation that the data center controls and processes are suitably designed to protect and safeguard customers’ equipment and data.
Other security features at Internap’s Dallas facility include 24×7 on-site security personnel, lockable cabinets and biometric scanners. Additionally, TalentWise is leveraging Internap’s Santa Clara data center as a disaster recovery site and its Seattle data center for development, both of which are also SOC2-audited facilities.
