Are you unable to send and receive emails? Find out if this issue is cause by a firewall or anti-virus, and how to fix it.
It could be that you have set up a firewall or anti-virus on the device that you are sending your emails from, which could be preventing you from sending and receiving emails.
Within your anti-virus software you should add an “allow” rule for your SMTP server setting which is smtp.123-reg.co.uk and possibly the IP address for the server which is ‘220.127.116.11.’
