Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS), a company with revenues of $4.2 billion in fiscal year 2020 delivering cloud and network optimization technologies, has acquired SCALABLE Network Technologies for an undisclosed sum of money. SCALABLE offers simulation and modeling solutions for communications network design, testing, and analysis, as well as cyber assessment and training.
SCALABLE Network Technologies, a privately held firm based in Culver City, CA, offers “best-in-class” network simulation tools for modeling and visualizing communications networks and cyber threats.
SCALABLE’s unique capabilities identify issues, risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps in heterogeneous communications networks, including 5G, corporate, IoT, and satellite networks, using accurate, at scale digital models.
The simulation and modeling tools delivered by SCALABLE address a variety of common issues encountered by businesses, government and defense agencies, research organizations, and educational institutions across the world. Clients may use the company’s software to assess and anticipate the cyber resilience and network performance of communication technologies before they are deployed.
