KX, a global pioneer in real-time streaming analytics, has joined the AWS ISV Workload Migration Program (WMP), which assists clients in migrating ISV workloads to AWS in order to meet their business objectives and expedite their cloud journey.

Customer migrations will be aided by KX’s provision of a repeatable blueprint for harnessing real-time and past data at scale for real-time continuous intelligence. KX Insights, KX’s cloud-native streaming analytics product, was released on AWS Marketplace earlier this year.

KX Insights is a mission-critical real-time analytics and continuous actionable intelligence cloud native solution. It would allow quick decision-making and automatic reactions by utilizing stream processing, high-speed analytics, and machine learning interfaces.

“With KX Insights, customers can run blazingly fast and highly scalable real-time data analytics with all the benefits that a cloud architecture brings,” said Gerry Buggy, Chief Strategy Officer at KX. “By running the world’s fastest streaming analytics platform on AWS, we can enable organizations across all industry sectors to significantly reduce time to value from their data.”

Public Cloud Services, Streaming Analytics

By 2025, the global market for streaming analytics is expected to reach $39 billion. According to Gartner, most corporate systems will have real-time data capabilities by next year (2022), and public cloud services will be required for 90% of data and analytics innovation.

Furthermore, according to KX-commissioned independent research, 90 percent of businesses expect to expand their investment in real-time analytics technology in the near future in order to maintain operational performance and acquire a competitive edge.

For offering real-time streaming analytics, KX Insights runs natively on AWS to take use of all of its cloud-based technologies and services. This includes not only low-cost storage on Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), compute elasticity on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), streaming via Amazon Kinesis, and serverless compute via AWS Lambda, but also an extensive catalog of microservices that allow rapid, flexible deployment of new applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
