TLine, a full-service cloud service provider delivering digital solutions and virtualization from the desktop to the data center, is Latin America’s first CSP to offer Virtuozzo-powered DevOps Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). DevOps PaaS, which is integrated with Virtuozzo Hybrid Infrastructure (IaaS), would add easy-to-use, easy-to-manage automated cloud application development and hosting to TLine’s core digital products.

TLine’s ConnectNow marketplace now offers DevOps PaaS to organizations across Latin America and the United States. The combined IaaS and PaaS solution also shows the first implementation of Virtuozzo’s entire stack, which is aimed to give service providers with revenue-generating alternative cloud capabilities.
“It’s imperative for all companies to digitalize, and all companies are therefore becoming software companies,” said Carlos Pino, President and CEO at TLine. “But their appetite for digital transformation is not always matched by the right DevOps talent or capital needed to build and deploy the necessary cloud infrastructure. Using Virtuozzo, we’re making DevOpS PaaS accessible to everyone so they can automate application development, easily provision applications to physical infrastructure or virtual services, and ensure high availability and security all at the same time.”
Jelastic Technology
The turnkey DevOps PaaS, based on Jelastic technology, would remove the complexity, effort, and investment required by service providers to design and provide their own digital solutions. In an easy-to-use, high-performing, and scalable cloud solution, it would provide powerful automation capabilities, simple cloud administration, and an application marketplace. Furthermore, the combined PaaS and IaaS solution works on a single server cluster, “boosting ROI while lowering administrative expenses.”
“Unlike competitive cloud platforms designed with the enterprise in mind, our technology is uniquely designed to complement service providers’ operation models,” said Ruslan Synytsky, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Virtuozzo. “By leveraging our PaaS and IaaS together, TLine can easily support both legacy workloads and modern cloud native applications with pay-per-use pricing. Virtuozzo services are all controlled through a single point of management, too – so we simplify our partners’ day-to-day operations, reduce their overheads, and help them offer even better value to end users.”
Founded in 2002, TLine is headquartered in Argentina and holds offices in Chile, Mexico, and the U.S. Virtuozzo is based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The company counts more than 320 employees across the U.S., UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
