Leaseweb Hires Roger Brulotte as CEO from Zayo Group

Global Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) provider Leaseweb, a company that recently acquired iWeb Technologies from Canada, has hired Roger Brulotte as CEO of iWeb – now its Canadian subsidiary. Mr. Brulotte brings over two decades of leadership expertise in the IT infrastructure and telecoms industries to Leaseweb.

Roger Brulotte was most recently the principal and general manager of Zayo Group, a supplier of high-speed data transmission infrastructure across North America and Western Europe, including fiber and bandwidth connections. He has previously served as Vice President of Root Data Center’s sales and strategic alliances and as General Manager of network neutral interconnection and data center firm, Cologix Canada.

Leaseweb acqured iWeb in August 2021 to expand its market position in Canada, which is currently the company’s third-largest revenue-generating area, behind the Netherlands and the United States.

According to Leaseweb, clients may smoothly expand into Canada while benefiting from internationally available cloud infrastructure thanks to the integration of iWeb with Leaseweb’s broad global network.

With more than 80,000 servers installed, Leaseweb’s services include public cloud, private cloud, dedicated servers, data center colocation, content delivery network (CDN), as well as cybersecurity services.
