Leviton Network Solutions has completed its acquisition of Berk-Tek, a U.S. manufacturer of fiber-optic and copper network cabling. The acquisition would solidify Leviton as a single-source manufacturer of end-to-end systems – including fiber optic connectivity and cabling solutions for data centers – for clients around the world.
Leviton Network Solutions is a large manufacturer delivering complete network structured cabling solutions for data centers, enterprises, education, health care, and government organizations around the globe. Their solutions include copper and fiber optic connectivity, IT/AV systems and much more. Financial terms of this acquisition by Leviton were not disclosed.

As a large manufacturer, Leviton serves customers in more than 90 countries across the globe. For 60 years, Berk-Tek has been a leading manufacturer of more than 100 different network copper and fiber optic cable products. Berk-Tek has manufacturing facilities in New Holland, PA, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
