Linke, a Syntax company, shows the details of how they have built the architecture that helps to orchestrate a business continuity for SAP solutions that can be used on a HA (High Availability) or DR (Disaster Recovery) approach. Using Cloudwatch, Lambda and SNS, among others, to build a solution which consists in three main blocks: Monitoring, Failover and Healing. Monitoring is the block that runs periodic checks of predefined processes in the EC2 instance in the scope. Failover executes the continuity plan defined by the customer, it can be HA or DR. Finally, Healing is reestablishing the application availability to be consumed.
