Logicalis Buys Network Infrastructure and 5G Solutions Specialist siticom

International IT solutions and managed services provider, Logicalis, has acquired network transformation and modernization specialist, siticom. With a team of 130 experts across five German locations, siticom provides complicated networking solutions for its customers, which include some of the world’s leading communications service providers, financial data providers, and chemical plant infrastructure operators.

Logicalis will be able to develop a pan-EMEA center of knowledge in advanced 5G network capabilities as a result of the acquisition of siticom, which will help to promote cloud orchestrated network interoperability. As Logicalis expands its professional and managed services portfolio, siticom’s expertise in next-generation networks would complement Logicalis’ offerings. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
