London Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), a Canadian business-development nonprofit, had desktop computers and a variety of staff-owned laptops and tablets. Compatibility issues impeded collaboration. To solve these problems, LEDC sought out Microsoft Surface devices, including Surface Pro 7, Surface Laptop 3, and Surface Book 3. Using these devices and Microsoft 365, staffers were able to work effectively and collaboratively from home, furthering the organization’s progress toward its digital transformation goals.
