Simple Servers, a UK-based Magento web hosting specialist, has announced that its next data floor is now open for business in Studley, Warwickshire. This allows Simple Servers to secure an extra 20 private racks, with the provision of a further 20 in the next six months.
The site is on a highly secured campus, away from main roads, behind five meter-high security fences, 24/7 on site security, technical support and monitoring centers. This Tier IV aligned data center space has ultra-high power densities of up to 40kW per rack, N+N redundancy, and N+N on all other critical services.
Security at the new data center space is extensive, with CCTV coverage, all of which is monitored by security staff, digitally recorded and retained for up to 90 days. The new web hosting facility utilizes anti-tailgating mantrap security doors operated via proximity access control system to ensure only authorized individuals have access.
“The opening of another 20 rack private pod is a milestone for Simple Servers,” said Nick Powell, Director of Simple Servers. “It offers our customers one of the world’s most agile, connected and efficient data center solutions, with flexible contracts, unique Simple Servers Magento page load technology and a broad and deep range of connectivity options, all combining to give a low total cost of service for Tier IV quality.”
