Managed Cloud Services Company RapidScale Hires Brian Leonard as VP of Marketing  

RapidScale, a provider of managed cloud delivering its services to MSOs, VARs, MSPs, Carriers, Master Agents, technology advisors and telecom agents throughout the United States, has hired Brian Leonard as vice president of marketing. Leonard is based in Irvine and will be responsible for further accelerating RapidScale into a global brand and market leader in managed and hybrid managed cloud services.

Brian LeonardBefore RapidScale, Brian Leonard ran a marketing department comprised of 14 employees for four years as director of marketing at Intelisys, a ScanSource company and one of the leading technology services distributors in the US. His responsibilities included branding, digital marketing, advertising, marcom, video, marketing operations, Cloud Services University, and public relations. During his time at Intelisys, Leonard launched and hosted The Channel Outlaws podcast, a podcast focused exclusively on channel sales partners.

Mr. Leonard is hired to enable RapdiScale’s channel partners to gain market position in selling and consulting managed and hybrid managed cloud services, and to lead a robust RapidScale marketing, advertising and public relations strategy.

Previous to Intelisys, Leonard was co-owner of Mojo Marketing, a marketing agency focused exclusively on the telecom and cloud industry.
