Velocity Technology Solutions, a global provider of enterprise cloud application management services and creator of the Velocity Cloud Application Management Platform (VCAMP), has earned Amazon Web Services (AWS Cloud) Oracle Competency status.
Achieving the AWS Oracle Competency would differentiate Velocity as an Advanced Consulting Partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN) that provides specialized demonstrated technical proficiency and “proven” customer success with a specific focus on Oracle Workloads. To receive the designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS Cloud expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.
“This is a key differentiator for Velocity,” said Jim McInnes, Executive Vice President of the Oracle Line of Business, at Velocity. “Customers want the reassurance that their managed application service provider has the right breadth and depth of expertise for the application and infrastructure platform combination. This certification provides customers with the comfort that Velocity is recognized as having the requisite expertise of implementing, migrating and managing Oracle Applications on AWS.”
Velocity helps customers run their most critical enterprise applications, and related infrastructure, on AWS, including Oracle, SAP, JDE, Infor, Kronos and PeopleSoft.
