CliftonLarsonAllen LLP conducted the audit following the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) audit protocol. The OCR HIPAA protocol analyzes processes, controls, and policies pursuant to the HITECH Act. The audit covered Edge Web Hosting’s administrative safeguards, physical safeguards and technical safeguards. In addition, the OCR HIPAA audit included the testing of organizational requirements and policies, procedures and documentation requirements.
