Independent film and television distribution company Lionsgate Entertainment has leveraged Datapipe’s Managed SharePoint-as-a-Service on Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the cornerstone of its IT collaboration and workflow strategy.

In collaborating with AWS and Datapipe, Lionsgate would be able to create a secure cloud hosting environment. The company states that it already has decreased their implementation times significantly, eliminating steps associated with purchasing and installing additional servers and storage. The entertainment group can also fully optimize uptime and is now free from the burdens of managing back-ups and 24/7/365 system monitoring.
