Managed hosting and managed application services provider Liquid Web has announced the launch of their Protection and Remediation Services, to further help safeguard customers from cyber-attacks and to address many standard compliance requirements.
Liquid Web’s new Protection and Remediation services will serve a dual purpose by preventing attacks on the server and application level, and by addressing many standard compliance requirements, such as web application firewall, antivirus and vulnerability scanning.
“Security continues to be top-of-mind to hosting customers looking to protect their cloud footprint,” said Joe Oesterling, Chief Technology Officer (VTO) of Liquid Web. “Most organizations, especially in the SMB market, do not have the expertise or resources to implement and manage the technologies that can provide even a minimal level of security. Our new Protection and Remediation packages are purpose-built to provide security and compliance measures for our customers’ website and applications workloads as well as their server instances.”
Liquid Web owns and manages its own core data centers, providing a diverse range of offerings spanning from bare metal servers and fully managed hosting to managed WordPress and managed WooCommerce hosting.
“Our goal is to offer a set of preventative security tools that protect customers from a variety of cyber-attacks,” said Jason Wolford, Product Manager, Liquid Web. “These tools will also help them clean up their systems when malware does find its way into their systems.”
