NaviSite’s Managed Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) Services offering is designed as a turnkey cloud desktop solution for enterprises seeking to harness the advantages of desktop virtualization without making extensive IT investments. The underlying portfolio of managed services is designed to complement existing customer IT capabilities and each of the underlying services can be personalized to meet specific business objectives. Further, the solution would encompass the essential operational building blocks including configuration management, security, patching, and end-user services.
The new Managed DaaS Services portfolio includes:
- Consulting and Implementation Services – Golden Image and desktop network design, image container build-out and UAT testing and optimization, and user data and settings migration and desktop provisioning.
- Desktop Image Management Services – Scheduled and routine updates and patching to desktop images, as well as secured storage to uphold image integrity.
- Desktop Help Desk Services – 24/7/365 administrative and end-user support services provided by technical specialists.
