- Backups – Server backup to the cloud.
- Load Balancing – Enhanced availability and network performance for apps.

Additionally, NaviSite’s Network Operation Center (NOC) manages all Azure support calls, issues and escalations providing round-the-clock support to give IT staff peace of mind. The service is designed to complement existing NaviCloud and bare-metal hosting services.
