New Relic Signs Channel Partnership With AWS Cloud Provider in Korea

Application performance monitoring (APM) provider, New Relic, has signed a strategic channel partnership with MegazoneCloud – one of the largest AWS partners and cloud Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in Korea. Under the agreement, New Relic will provide its APM solutions to MegazoneCloud, while MegazoneCloud will provide advanced services meeting each customer’s cloud-related requirements.

Based in San Francisco, U.S., New Relic is an Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution provider which was founded in 2008 and went public in 2014. New Relic is working with 16,000+ clients across various industries including retail, media, e-commerce, federal, finance, telecommunications and others.

Today New Relic is in business with 30+ clients in Korea, their industries being logistics, telecommunications, e-commerce, fintech and many more, with most of them requiring high level of application performance for their business.

A number of technical support staff from MegazoneCloud have been fully equipped to afford technical support by obtaining certifications from New Relic.

The parent company of MegazoneCloud, MEGAZONE is a cloud-specialized IT company founded in 1998 and located in Seoul, South Korea. This company is aiming to become a ‘cloud innovator’ with approximately 550 employees focused on the cloud as “the next-gen” business.
