New Vice President of Technical Operations Named by OVHcloud US

Worldwide cloud hosting provider OVHcloud US, a subsidiary of OVHcloud, has announced that Brandon Burge has been named Vice President of Technical Operations. Having worked in IT architecture, engineering, and system administration for over 20 years, he joins OVHcloud US with the intention of enhancing and optimizing worldwide operations and offering strategic guidance to groups and initiatives that uphold the company’s objective of offering sustainable cloud solutions.

According to Brandon Burge, the newly appointed Vice President of Technical Operations at OVHcloud US, “One of the things I pride myself on is operation excellence and streamlining processes to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. I like to focus on our people’s technical proficiency to ensure that we’re bringing the kinds of technologies our customers need and that our cloud architecture and services remain competitive with other providers, in addition to providing strategic leadership to multiple teams and projects.”

Mr. Burge has a great deal of expertise overseeing intricate cloud setups. He built and oversaw new international cloud products for government clients while serving as the chief of platform operations and support at Google Distributed Hosted Cloud in his prior position. He worked with Oracle for a number of years as a senior leader of technical operations for the company’s Government Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) program before that.

Burge’s new position would allow him to further contribute to the expansion and improvement of OVHcloud’s product line and sustainability objectives, all in the service of maintaining the high caliber of customer-focused support that OVHcloud US offers.
