Combell, a Belgium-based web hosting company, has joined SpamExperts’ Hosting Partner Program and started protecting its network and users with SpamExperts’ comprehensive suite of email security solutions: Incoming Filter, Outgoing Filter and Email Archiving, all deployed via SpamExperts’ Local Cloud offering.
Prior to employing SpamExperts to keep their inboxes spam free, Combell was making use of an in-house developed solution consisting of their own combination of software and services. However, this proved to be resource-draining as Combell’s Support desk had to handle an above-average volume of spam related issues. After SpamExperts was installed, the amount of unsolicited and malicious email messages was drastically reduced.
“We chose the Local Cloud deployment because we host all of our solutions on our very own platforms,” said Wesley Hof, Team Lead Platforms, Combell. “Working with SpamExperts was a no-brainer because of their expertise in regards to spam and how to combat it. We’ve also converted other brands to the SpamExperts way of keeping inboxes spam free. Less spam for our customers, plus less pressure on our support team and easier management of related support tickets makes SpamExperts the perfect solution for us.”
“SpamExperts has helped Combell before even becoming a customer, and the same level of commitment was maintained after the contract was signed,” added Mr. Hof. “This level of customer commitment is refreshing to see and we clearly identify with it. Now, we use SpamExperts to filter nearly all of our domains, both incoming and outgoing.”
Combell provides its web hosting services to companies, IT integrators and software developers. Founded in 1999, the web hosting firm now has more than 67,000 customers, and over 200,000 active domain names.
“We’ve known Combell for quite a few years now and we’ve always appreciated their sense of responsibility and vision to provide industry leading solutions in a highly professional environment,” said Sam Renkema, CEO of SpamExperts. “We’re more than happy to have partnered up in securing their inboxes and preserving their reputable networks. Now, Combell can focus on maintaining their great service quality without having concerns about receiving business-ruining emails containing malware, viruses, phishing or any other malicious attempts.”
