Dedicated server management is an advanced support feature for ReliableSite’s dedicated hosting customers who require personalized operating system and software solutions. A team of certified, Level 3 support administrators will be available 24 hours a day to take care of issues. They will assist, as needed, with general tasks as well as with complex issues (Level 1 to Level 3) on both Linux- and Windows-based operating systems.
The ReliableSite administrators can help clients with dedicated server optimization, firewall installation or configuration, server migration, operating system updates, server audit and hardening, disaster/hacking recovery and more. All managed dedicated server support staff members are both RedHat and Microsoft certified.
