Hibernia Networks Expands into ColocationGuard’s Brooklyn Data Center

Hibernia Networks, a provider of global telecommunications services, has launched a new Point of Presence (PoP) at ColocationGuard’s flagship data center: CGNY1. The addition of Hibernia Networks provides ColocationGuard’s customers with immediate access to a global network that spans 25 countries and connects to more than 220 PoPs.

Its features include a high-density server environment with fully redundant power architecture. The SSAE16 certified facility is outfitted with a multi-stage security system, including integrated CCTV, biometrics, and a 24/7/365 on-site monitoring staff. All power equipment is built with N+2 redundancy in case of component failure and the building draws power from two independent power grids, backed by three diesel generators with 12,000 gallons (1 full week) of reserve fuel.
