Systems integrator Key Information Systems, a Premier IBM Business Partner headquartered in Southern California, with additional offices in San Francisco, Irvine and Phoenix, AZ, has acquired the assets of ISWest, a data center company based in Southern California offering colocation, connectivity and cloud services to the IT industry.
Key Information Systems provides integrated technology solutions including business continuity, virtualization, security and storage solutions from a variety of manufacturers to enterprise clients throughout the United States. ISWest is a full service, business to business, Internet Service Provider (ISP), with offerings that include internet connectivity, server colocation and fully managed cloud services.

The IBM systems integrator also announced its intention to relocate its corporate headquarters from Woodland Hills, CA to the nearby ISWest corporate and data center facility in Agoura Hills.
ISWest operates two data center properties located in the Agoura Hills, California area where customers have access to a variety of services, including standard server colocation in private cabinets or cages, fully managed server colocation, and managed cloud solutions. ISWest cloud services include a pool of highly redundant servers and storage facilities available in custom configurations to fit a client’s need. Additionally, ISWest offers businesses the opportunity to have dedicated internet access in increments as low as 1M and up to 10GB.
