CentralColo, a Silicon Valley colocation provider with a Tier III 95,000 sq. ft. facility available in Silicon Valley and plans for opening new data centers soon in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Sacramento, has announced the hiring of Keith Swick as its Director of Sales. Mr. Swick brings more than 27 years of sales experience in the data center and networking industry.
Keith Swick comes from Layer42 Networks, a provider of colocation, Ethernet transport and IP networking services, where he served as Sales Director. Previously, he worked in Sales, Channel and Account Management positions for companies including NTT Communications, Cogent Communications, GNI and IP Networks.
Mr. Swick’s career began in 1988 at Linden Equipment Company in Schaumburg, Illinois, a company specializing in sales of process equipment, applications and instrumentation to an industrial customer base, where he worked as Sales Executive.
“Keith’s reputation speaks for himself,” said Arman Khalili, CEO of colocation provider CentralColo. “His attentiveness to integrity, responsiveness and product knowledge squarely exemplifies the CentralColo difference. We are glad that he is joining our team, and look forward to making great things happen with him.”
CentralColo has assembled a team of industry veterans along with prime data center properties. Adding Mr. Swick to their team would reinforce CentralColo’s professionalism and dedication to the needs of the client and the continued growth of the company.
CentralColo is a colocation provider that provides metered power down to single circuit and provides consumption based pricing to clients of all sizes ranging from enterprise, telecommunication companies and service providers. “CentralColo‘s forward looking data center design allows for both mission critical and less mission critical IT loads to be deployed in the same data center,” said Dell Stortroen, VP of Engineering at CentralColo.
