Using AWS and Technology One, Noosa Shire moved to a cloud-based solution, estimating that they would save 3-4 million dollars. Those savings have been realized and ongoing. The council experiences efficiencies, economies of scale, and scalability. No longer do they need to worry about whether there’s enough storage space. They’ve been able to transform the business. Instead of focusing on “where’s that information stored?,” they are able to focus on “what outcomes do we want to achieve for our customers?”
