NovaStor, an international provider of backup solutions with global headquarters located in Zug, Switzerland and offices in Germany (Hamburg) and the USA (Agoura Hills), has announced the release of NovaBACKUP Version 16.5 with major feature enhancements.
NovaStor provides backup & restore solutions to Small and Medium Business (SMB) as well as Enterprise environments to protect data on both sides of the cloud. NovaStor’s SMB solution, NovaBACKUP is meant for businesses requiring local and remote protection of Windows Servers, VMware, Hyper-V and NAS environments.
NovaStor has a focus on channel partners / IT providers who work with small to medium sized businesses (SMB). These channel partners, offering services such as data storage, network integration, and data-protection, have submitted some positive feedback regarding the latest NovaStor software release.
Cloud Storage

With Microsoft offering unlimited OneDrive storage space for Office 365 subscribers, this presents resellers with new options when migrating clients. The ability to sync important files seamlessly in the cloud with encryption using NovaBACKUP is a welcome addition. But the ability to fully backup all of a client’s OneDrive files to an alternate local storage device automatically, would truly ensure that all bases are covered.

NovaStor‘s NovaBACKUP Version 16.5 is still available at no additional cost to any customers who own NovaBACKUP 16.0 or higher or have valid NovaCare maintenance. File sharing services currently supported include Dropbox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, SkyDrive, SafeSync, and iDriveSync.
