Nutanix’s expanded partner program, now to include service provides globally, would enable service provider partners – such as managed and cloud service providers (CSPs, MSPs) – to create highly differentiated hybrid and multicloud services that may boost profitability and reduce time-to-market.
The Nutanix Elevate Partner Program now has two service provider partnership levels: Authorized Service Provider and Professional Service Provider. Authorized Service Providers will include Nutanix partners who are new to the company or those that provide Nutanix services to small to midsize businesses. Professional Service Provider would provide enterprise firms with distinct services.
All of the benefits listed in the Elevate Service Provider Program Guide are available to partners that join the program, including training, Not For Resale (NFR) and Nutanix XLAB software licenses, and enablement assistance. Nutanix will provide enhanced support to Professional Service Provider partners, including marketing materials, possible market development funding, sales tools, goal-based financial incentives and rebates, and personalized insights through Nutanix’s Partner Portal.

Private, Hybrid, Multi Cloud
According to Nutanix, key benefits of Nutanix Solutions and Elevate Service Provider Program would include:
- Improved Bottom Line – Service providers would gain advantage from simplified pricing options, no minimum commitment levels, and no product purchases that are required. Nutanix service providers would also benefit from low management costs, resulting in a capable and cost-effective HCI solution.
- Increased Top Line and Faster Time-to-Market – The “ease of use” of Nutanix products can also assist achieve speedier time-to-market. Nutanix service providers may also quickly onboard and scale new services such as private, hybrid, and multicloud, as well as Desktop as a Service (DaaS), Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Database as a Service (DBaaS), and more. Additionally, service providers can use Nutanix software licenses at their customers’ locations, in their own environment, or on Nutanix Clusters running in public cloud environments such as AWS, AWS GovCloud, and Microsoft Azure (with support for Microsoft Azure under development), giving their customers a quick path to hybrid cloud.
- Simplicity – According to the company, the simplicity of Nutanix solutions is a crucial factor in Nutanix’s average NPS score of 90 over the previous seven years. With Nutanix, service providers can deliver IT services at any scale, with one-click deployment, upgrades, scaling, self-healing capabilities, troubleshooting, and more. Service providers can also benefit from auto-metering, which allows them to give granular invoicing to their customers.
