NV5 Acquires AT to Strengthen Its Data Center Commissioning Services

AT Advanced Technologies Asia Pacific, an international consulting firm providing commissioning management and engineering services for high-tech facilities and data centers, has been acquired by NV5 (Nasdaq: NVEE), a provider of compliance, technology, engineering, and environmental consulting solutions. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

AT’s clients include large international technology and financial companies that rely on the efficiency and stability of mission-critical data centers for their day-to-day operations. The deal was made with a combination of cash and shares. It would immediately be accretive to NV5’s earnings.

Projects in Asia and Australia

AT, which was founded in 1999, has completed over 350 projects across Asia and Australia and is based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.
