OneCloud Software, a provider of hybrid cloud management solutions, has announced that Rich Krueger and Alex Pinchev have joined their board of directors. Krueger is a software entrepreneur with a proven track record of developing and commercializing new technologies. Pinchev is a global executive with a 35-plus year track record of management and entrepreneurial successes in the software industry.
Through its patented Automated Cloud Engine (ACE), OneCloud quickly and simply auto-discovers a company’s primary infrastructure and sets up a cost optimized replica in the cloud. Policy management capabilities enable business driven protection guidelines for applications and data, and the resulting hybrid cloud includes the automation, scalability and efficiency necessary for applications like disaster recovery and business continuity.
Rich Krueger has been directly involved in developing and bringing to market software products that continue to generate over $100 million per year in revenue and solve major industry problems. He was founder and CEO of DynamicOps, a venture-funded, cloud automation software company he started in 2008. DynamicOps was acquired by VMware in 2012 and its products were rebranded as vCloud Automation Center (vCAC) and continue to be a major component in VMware’s cloud management offering.
CEO at Acronis
Alex Pinchev is the CEO at Capri Ventures, which provides strategic advisory services to technology startups and works with investors to accelerate the value of their portfolio companies. He previously served as president and CEO at Acronis, a provider of data protection and disaster recovery software with over three million consumer and 200,000 corporate customers. Prior to Acronis, Pinchev was the president of Global Sales, Services and Field Marketing at Red Hat, where he grew revenue from $50 million to over $1 billion on nine years.
