OVH US Appoints Carolyn Kress as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

OVH, a global, hyper-scale cloud provider, has appointed Carolyn Kress as OVH US’ Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Kress joined OVH US to help its workforce scale quickly by leveraging her extensive experience with technology companies. She will report to Russell P. Reeder, OVH US president and CEO.

For the past two years, Carolyn Kress has worked as an independent HR consultant, improving the employee experience and identifying employee risk at government and security technology companies. As interim VP of HR at Govplace, a government contractor providing cloud and cybersecurity solutions, she lead the effort to define core value competencies to reinforce a shared culture across the organization. Kress also consulted with Frontpoint Security, a smart home solutions company.

Prior to working as an independent consultant, Kress worked at CGI Federal for 20 years where she grew her career to become the Senior HR Director focused on talent management and change management initiatives. At CGI, she led a team of 20 people supporting 6,500 employees worldwide responsible for talent strategies, workforce development and employee engagement.
