Park Place Acquires Riverstone Technology

Riverstone Technology, a third-party data center maintenance and support service situated in Atlanta, Georgia, has been bought by Park Place Technologies, a global data center and networking optimization organization. Riverstone Technology’s customer base would benefit from extra products and services as a result of the acquisition, including automated monitoring and a portfolio of managed services.

Founded in 2016 by current CEO and owner Barry Anderson, Riverstone Technology provides third-party storage, network, and server device maintenance and support. The company supports all major OEM manufacturers and has over 475 customers on six continents. This is Park Place’s 21st acquisition since 2016, and its third in 2022. Financial details about this acquisition were not disclosed.
