Global supplier of networking and data center optimization services, Park Place Technologies, has acquired Derby, UK-based IT solutions company Xuper. Xuper was established about forty years ago, and it has offices in the US, Germany, and the UK. Among its services are professional and third-party maintenance. Peter Grogan, the Chairman and Managing Director of Xuper, has announced his retirement, however he will continue to support the company throughout this transition.

Clients of Xuper may benefit from Park Place’s comprehensive range of IT Lifecycle products, including Professional and Managed Services, as well as its worldwide access to components and engineering know-how.

Customers of Park Place will have access to Xuper’s workforce of skilled engineers, who have an average of more than 20 years of experience in the industry, as well as staff augmentation services and broad third-party maintenance capabilities.

“Xuper received investment banking services from Agile Equity and Clairfield, which also helped to organize the deal. Working with both teams was enjoyable,” said Peter Grogan. “Throughout the transaction, their industry expertise proved to be invaluable.”
