Pax8, a company facilitating how organizations buy, sell and manage cloud solutions, has acquired Resello – a cloud services distributor from the Netherlands with European reach specializing in making as-a-service easy to understand, sell, and manage.

Resello, which is headquartered in the Netherlands and has a regional office in Germany, has established a cloud services company that spans more than 40 European nations and supports partners in 15 languages.
With a growing variety of cloud services accessible in solution areas such as the modern office, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, the firm is an approved Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider and cloud services distributor. Financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.

“The acquisition enables us to continue to expand our presence into international markets, add localized support, and accelerate and scale cloud adoption worldwide.”
Expanding the Partner Base
Founded in 2013 and based in Zwolle, the Netherlands, Resello also has an office located in Eschborn, Germany. The company’s automation platform enables MSPs, VARs, Systems Integrators, ISVs, and other IT resellers operate their cloud companies by accelerating digital transformation. It allows partners to manage clients, provision products, and track use all in one location, including Microsoft 365, Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, and Vade for M365.

Pax8 aims at transforming the way businesses buy, sell, and manage cloud. A born-in-the-cloud business, Pax8 intends to make the purchase process easier for its partners, allowing them to do more with cloud technology. By linking the channel ecosystem to its transactional cloud marketplace, the company’s technology would displace legacy distribution. Pax8’s services include billing, provisioning, automation, PSA connectors, pre- and post-sales support, and education.
