Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central services company, Bam Boom Cloud, has been bought by Pax8, a worldwide cloud commerce platform. By utilizing Bam Boom’s experience with Microsoft Dynamics, the acquisition would open up a new market for Pax8’s managed service provider (MSP) ecosystem to quickly introduce new lines of business service offerings.
Microsoft’s corporate applications services are expected to reach $10.3 billion in 2025, according to Forrester. The rapidly expanding services ecosystem would enable the applications’ tremendous expansion in the next years.
For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), Bam Boom Cloud provides technological solutions with fixed-scope pricing and limited monthly rates. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
