Pax8, a company modernizing how partners buy, sell, and manage cloud, acquired TVG for an undisclosed sum of money. TVG is a prominent cloud services and software distributor in northeastern Europe. The acquisition will allow Pax8 to expand its digital transformation efforts in the Baltic States of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Headquartered in Riga, Latvia, TVG has been serving over 1,000 partners across the Baltic States for over 20 years. TVG is a Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider with a diverse solution portfolio that includes Adobe, Corel, Altaro, TeamViewer, ManageEngine, and a variety of other “industry-leading” global technologies.
“With its technology and vision, Pax8 is having an incredible impact on SMBs worldwide by empowering them with enterprise-grade cloud solutions,” said Harald Nuij, Managing Director at Pax8 Europe. “We are thrilled to welcome TVG to offer partners in the Baltic States access to innovative solutions, streamlined processes, professional services, and comprehensive support to build robust technology stacks, delivering greater value to their clients.”
Access to Pax8’s Marketplace, Resello
“Gartner predicts that end-user spending on public cloud services will reach $482 billion in 2022,” said John Street, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Pax8. “Now more than ever, it is critical that companies migrate their technology to the cloud to maintain pace with the evolving market demands. This acquisition enables Pax8 to expand into the Baltic States to offer partners access to its award-winning marketplace, education, and localized support. Together, we are enabling partners worldwide to capitalize on the market opportunities with cloud technology and drive the digital transformation.”
Pax8 aims at transforming the way businesses buy, sell, and manage cloud. A born-in-the-cloud firm, Pax8 says it makes the procurement process easier for its partners, allowing them to do more with cloud technology. By linking the channel ecosystem to its transactional cloud marketplace, Pax8’s technology would displace legacy distribution. Billing, provisioning, automation, industry-leading PSA integrations, pre- and post-sales support, and education are just a few of the services being offered.
“We are excited to welcome TVG employees and partners that share in our values vision to provide a world-class client experience,” added Mr. Street. “We look forward to building on new successes together.”
The announcement follows the news of Pax8 acquiring European cloud services distributor Resello last summer. Based in the Netherlands with a regional office in Germany, Resello has built a cloud services firm that serves partners in 15 languages and reaches more than 40 European countries.
