Peak 10, a U.S. provider of IT infrastructure and cloud hosting services, has announced the expansion of 5,000 square feet of additional data center space in its Cincinnati facility. Now complete, this expansion brings Peak 10’s entire Cincinnati data center footprint to roughly 27,000 square feet.
The new space, including 3,800 square feet of floor space, is contiguous to Peak 10’s existing Cincinnati data center located at 5307 Muhlhauser Road in West Chester, in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. Peak 10 opened the data center in October 2008 to accommodate continued growth of Cincinnati customers in Peak 10’s neighboring Louisville, Ky. facility.
“This is an exciting time for our company, as several of our markets are in expansion mode, and our mid-market customers continue to leverage our colocation, cloud and supporting services,” said David Jones, president and CEO of Peak 10. “In addition to our Cincinnati expansion, Peak 10 recently broke ground on a 60,000 square foot data center facility in Tampa and Phase 1 of our 70,000 square foot facility in Alpharetta, Ga. will open later this month.”
Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Peak 10 operates 24 data center facilities in the U.S., including six in Florida, providing secured, tailored cloud hosting and IT infrastructure solutions to a diverse base of mid-market businesses.
