Peak 10 Opens Its Third Data Center Facility in Greater Atlanta Region

Peak 10, a U.S. provider of IT infrastructure and cloud hosting services, has announced the opening of its third data center facility in the greater Atlanta market. Adding to Peak 10’s 35,000-square-foot local presence, the opening of its Alpharetta facility marks the first complete phase of three 15,000-square-foot data center expansions to accommodate growth.

Peak 10’s Alpharetta facility offers businesses a large office space to accommodate employee and customer growth as well as Disaster Recovery (DR) space to accommodate business continuity needs, a “high reliability” power grid, diverse redundant power feeds, and compliance with SSAE 16, PCI and HIPAA/HITECH regulations.

peak-10Peak 10 serves hundreds of customers in the greater Atlanta area including automotive retail business, Kauffman Tire; retailer of new and used DVD and Blu-ray movies, MovieStop; and one of the largest online gaming information properties in the United States, Curse. The Peak 10 Alpharetta facility – located off Windward Parkway in the heart of Alpharetta’s tech corridor – will allow Peak 10 to serve up to 800 more businesses and bring Peak 10‘s total data center footprint in greater Atlanta to more than 100,000 square feet.
