Persistent Systems, an Indian IT services company with over 16,500 employees located in 18 countries, has acquired the business of Princeton, New Jersey-based Data Glove for an undisclosed sum of money. Founded in 2010, US-based Data Glove is a global provider of disruptive consulting services and business solutions with a specialization in Microsoft Azure, with $48.96 million in annual sales and 700+ employees globally.

Data Glove has considerable expertise with Microsoft Azure, business applications, and workplace services. Data Glove is a Microsoft Cloud Modernization Services Partner with Gold level skills in Azure Cloud Platform, Data Center, Application Development and Data Analytics, Application Integration, and complete intellectual property to help clients quickly adopt Microsoft Azure.
