QUADROtech, a Switzerland-based cloud solutions provider with offices in the US and UK, has launched a “fast and secure” cloud-hosted email migration alternative to traditional, on-premise approaches. Their triple play migration framework covers solutions for the migration of live mailboxes, email archives and offline/PST files.
The company’s cloud is already configured to avoid the need for time-consuming initial configuration and server deployment. This would mean that completing a pilot migration with a client’s data could be completed in a matter of days.
QUADROtech’s cloud servers would significantly reduce the cost of a client’s hardware deployment by handling all the processing in their cloud environment. Also, with modules such as AIP providing a faster ingestion rate than traditional approaches such as EWS and MAPI, the project can be completed much faster, according to QUADROtech.
As part of QUADROtech’s focus on security, no email content transfers through their core server. The QUADROtech cloud data center operates the core module and is used to control the process. Email meta-data is exchanged between local and cloud servers and this meta-data are encrypted both locally and in transit.
QUADROtech Solutions is a Microsoft Gold Application Development partner. As a global provider of tools to manage the migration of email archives and PST files, the company’s technology is used as a key component in enterprise desktop refresh projects, the rollout of the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and the adoption of Microsoft Exchange 2013 or Office 365.
